All items ship within 3 to 4 business days, unless otherwise noted on the item description. 


RETURNS

Thank you for supporting our small business! As a growing brand, we have a return policy that helps us continue operating successfully. We truly appreciate your understanding. We know you’ll love your products, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us at Sales@Shop-Bambino.com.

Return Policy Overview:

  • Returns are accepted for store credit only.
  • No refunds to the original payment method are issued.
  • All returned items must be new, unworn, unwashed, with original tags intact.
  • Returns must be initiated and postmarked within 14 days of receiving your item.
  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
  • We inspect all return packages and reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges if the above conditions are not met.

Defective or Incorrect Items:
If the product is defective or you received the wrong item, we will take full responsibility. We will replace the product to ensure your satisfaction.

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • A photo of the defect or incorrect item

Our customer care team will assist you quickly.

Return Instructions:
Please print and complete the Return/Exchange Form and include it inside your package.

EXCHANGES

  • We are happy to assist with exchanges. Please note:
  • Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and have original tags.
  • Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your item.
  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
  • Because items may sell out while your return is in transit, we cannot guarantee availability.

If you want to guarantee the exchange item is in stock (recommended):

  1. Email customer service at Sales@Shop-Bambino.com with the item you want to exchange for.
  2. We will email you an invoice to purchase the new item right away.
  3. Print and complete the Return/Exchange Form, selecting Return Code 5 and circle EXCHANGE at the top.
  4. Mail your original item back to us with the completed form.
  5. When we receive your returned item, we will issue store credit for the original amount paid.

If you prefer to wait until your return is received:

  1. Print and complete the Return/Exchange Form, circle EXCHANGE, and select Return Code 6.
  2. Indicate the item you’d like to exchange for in the comments section.
  3. A customer service representative will contact you once your return is processed.
    Note: This option does not guarantee the desired item will still be available.
