• WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You have 14 days to return your item for in-store credit or exchange it for another item.

• HOW DO I KNOW THIS PRODUCT WILL FIT?

For accurate sizing, please check the Product Details section in our descriptions and photo carousel. Each item includes specific measurements for every size, along with our recommendation on whether to size up or down for the best fit.

 

• HOW TALL ARE YOUR MODELS? 

All of our models are 5, 6, and 7 years old. Please refer to each style’s description to see how the sizing fits on each model.

 

• HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

We kindly ask that you refer to our Shipping & Returns section for full details. Please be sure to print and include the return form from our website with your package to help us process your return smoothly.
